    Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed.

    If your order has not yet been processed, you may contact us to request a modification.
    Once the order is in preparation or shipping has started, changes may no longer be possible.

  3. How can I track my order?
    You can track your order status through the “Order Tracking” page on our website or by clicking the link in the shipping confirmation email.

  4. What are the delivery areas?
    Currently, we only deliver within Australia.
    Shipping to other countries is not available at this time.

  5. What are the delivery times?
    After payment confirmation, your order will be processed within 1–3 business days.
    Delivery is generally expected within 5–10 business days, depending on the delivery address and shipping conditions.

  6. What are the shipping costs?
    Orders equal to or above AUD 100.99 qualify for free shipping.
    For orders below AUD 100.99, the shipping fee is AUD 9.99.
    The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

  7. Can I cancel my order?
    Orders that have not been processed within 48 hours of purchase may be cancelled.
    If the order is already in preparation, direct cancellation is not possible; you may refuse delivery upon arrival or request a return after receiving the order.

  8. How can I request a return or exchange?
    Please provide your order number, the reason for your request, and any required photos.
    We will send you detailed instructions for the return or exchange process.

  9. How is the refund processed?
    Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
    The estimated processing time is 1–3 business days, depending on your payment provider.
