Return and exchange policy

 

This return and exchange policy applies to products offered by habivello (hereinafter referred to as “we”) through our online store.

1. Return and Exchange Period

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.

2. Conditions for Return and Exchange

A return or exchange may be requested under the following circumstances:

  1. The product shows visible appearance defects;

  2. The product has quality-related issues;

  3. The product has an unusual odor or significant color differences;

  4. The product received does not match the order;

  5. Returns or exchanges without a specific reason are accepted, subject to applicable conditions.

3. Return Procedure

  1. Please contact us by email or phone to submit a return request, providing your order number, payment proof, reason for return, and relevant photos or videos;

  2. Our customer service team will review your request promptly. If approved, return instructions and the return address will be sent to you via your contact details;

  3. Please return the product to the specified return address and wait for confirmation of receipt;

  4. Upon receipt, we will immediately inspect the product. If it matches the reported issue, a refund will be arranged without delay. For more details, please refer to the refund policy.

Return Label Information: a return label is included in the package when the product is shipped and can be used directly for the return.

4. Exchange Procedure

  1. Please contact us by email or phone to request an exchange, providing your order number, payment proof, reason for exchange, and relevant photos or videos;

  2. After approval, the return address will be provided;

  3. Please send the product back to the specified address and wait for receipt;

  4. After inspection, if the product is confirmed to be eligible, a replacement item will be shipped to your address within 1–3 business days.

The return label included with the package may also be used for exchanges.

5. Refund Procedure

Refund method: refunds will be issued to the bank card used for payment (Visa、MasterCard、JCB、Discover).
Processing time: depending on the processing time of different card issuers, refunds are generally credited within 1–3 business days. If delayed, please contact us for assistance.

6. Cost Rules

  1. For returns or exchanges due to appearance defects, quality issues, unusual odor, significant color differences, or incorrect items, the return shipping cost will be covered by us;

  2. Shipping costs resulting from returns or exchanges without a specific reason are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Statement of Responsibility

In the event of delays caused by unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances, we will do our best to assist you; however, no additional responsibility will be assumed.
